Kami visits Japan - Day 4
We started out today by taking a train ride, and then a busride followed by like, a mountain lift thing. Anyways, eventually we arrived at our destination: Kōyasan. This is also where we'll be staying. There's a temple there that doubles as a hotel, which is really cool. After exploring the other local temple and going to a big graveyard there, we finally arrived back at our rooms. Not long after, it was time for dinner. It was all traditional japanese food, served to us by the monks running the temple. They were all really nice. The daily yamazaki in the town near the temple is also really cool. They have like, handmade sandwiches there. Only annoying part is that there's gonna be a wake up call at 5:30. Because, well, it's a temple, and monks get up absurdly early in the morning. Oh well, knowing me, I'll sleep right through it.
